Prices and payment
Each item is listed with price including VAT. In the shopping cart you can see the total price including all fees, VAT, shipping and payment.

Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made item – or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided information.
You have no right to:
The product due to its nature cannot be returned, eg refrigerated and frozen goods or if the seal is broken.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal:
You are obliged to keep the product in as good a condition as when you received it. You may not use it, but of course, carefully examine it. If the item is damaged or lost due to negligence, you will lose the right of withdrawal.
The manufacturer’s warranty and the terms of the consumer purchasing law apply.
When you place your order with us, you provide your personal information. In connection with your registration and order, you agree that we store and use your information in our business to fulfill the agreement with you. We share your data with payment intermediaries and hauliers / freight forwarders who deliver the goods to you. Purchase data for customers is stored for ten years. Your data is stored primarily in Sweden but can in some cases also be saved within the EU. You have the right to receive the information that we have registered about you according to the Personal Data Act. If it is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can request that the information be corrected or deleted. If so, contact us via email email@example.com.
Stock items are dispatched promptly and depending on the delivery time of the carrier, this may take between 3-7 days. An order confirmation is sent via email when you place an order. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at the respective product.
If an item you ordered is sold out, you will be contacted by us to be offered a similar item. You then have the right to refuse this replacement product. Delivery of refrigerated goods is paid for by the customer and payment is made by correcting the amount on your order and using the same payment method, however you must confirm in writing via e-mail that you approve the higher cost. In case of delivery delays, no compensation is paid.
If you have chosen postal advance as a shipping method, your goods will remain on the post for four weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently SEK 150: –
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. In the event of a change we pay the new freight from us to you. We do not accept returns on refrigerated or frozen goods as there is no certainty that the refrigerator or freezer chain of the product has been broken. Other goods are inspected by us upon return, only returned goods approved by us.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us immediately in the case of an item.
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
