Return Policy
Your right of withdrawal (the withdrawal period) is valid for 14 days. In your message to us, it must be clear that you regret it. The cancellation deadline starts on the day you received the item or a substantial part of it. If the agreement applies to a custom-made item – or a product that has a clear personal touch, the withdrawal period starts on the day we provided information.
You have no right to:

Deliveries
Stock items are dispatched promptly and depending on the delivery time of the carrier, this may take between 3-7 days. An order confirmation is sent via email when you place an order. If a product has a different delivery time, it is stated at the respective product.
If an item you ordered is sold out, you will be contacted by us to be offered a similar item. You then have the right to refuse this replacement product. Delivery of refrigerated goods is paid for by the customer and payment is made by correcting the amount on your order and using the same payment method, however you must confirm in writing via e-mail that you approve the higher cost. In case of delivery delays, no compensation is paid.
Unpacked packages
If you have chosen postal advance as a shipping method, your goods will remain on the post for four weeks. Uncollected goods are returned to us. For all packages that are not redeemed, we reserve the right to charge you costs for return shipping, handling fees and handling fees, currently SEK 150: –
Returns
Returns are made at your own expense except if the item is defective or if we have packed incorrectly. Returns should be sent by letter or parcel, not by postage. We do not accept returns on refrigerated or frozen goods as there is no certainty that the refrigerator or freezer chain of the product has been broken. Other goods are inspected by us upon return, only returned goods approved by us.
Once you have exercised your right of withdrawal, you must send or return it to us immediately in the case of an item.
Refund Obligation
If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund what you have paid for the item as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the item. You have to pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return cost of returning so-called replacement products.
